1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Crystal Events' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our event planning and management services.

2. Event Planning Services

Crystal Events provides professional event planning and management services including but not limited to:

• Full event planning and coordination
• Venue selection and management
• Vendor coordination and management
• Event design and decoration
• Timeline and budget management
• Day-of event coordination

3. Bookings and Deposits

All event bookings require:

• A signed service agreement outlining the scope of work
• A non-refundable deposit to secure your event date
• Payment schedule as outlined in your service agreement
• Final payment must be received 14 days prior to the event date

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on the timing and scope of services. Initial deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 90 days before the event, 50% of payments (excluding deposit) may be refunded. Cancellations made less than 90 days before the event are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund of all payments received.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, respond to communications in a timely manner, make timely payments as per the service agreement, inform us of any changes or concerns promptly, and respect the professional boundaries of our team and vendors.

6. Limitation of Liability

Crystal Events will exercise reasonable care in providing event planning services. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to vendor failure, venue issues, weather conditions, or force majeure events. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All event designs, concepts, and planning materials created by Crystal Events remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, sell, or use these materials without written permission. Event photographs and videos may be used by Crystal Events for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
